The Fire Emporium features the finest barbecue sauces and rubs from JB's Fatboy, made in Grafton, NE. Unlike the common weak sauces on the market, these sauces are thick with chunks of seasoning in them, and a fullness of taste that delights the taste buds as it lingers.

We also carry several varieties of wood smoking chips to personalize your barbeque with your favorite, unique taste.  Currently, we carry mesquite, hickory, apple, cherry, alder, pecan, almond, maple,  SouthWest red oak, wine barrel, and our favorite, Kentucky Bourbon barrel.  Use these chips on your gas or charcoal grill.
